1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Vantrex services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Vantrex provides Google Maps optimization, ranking management, social media management, website development, and SEO services for roofing companies. Our 90-Day Roofer Ranking Program is a comprehensive package designed to improve your Google Maps visibility over a 90-day period.

3. Payment Terms

Service fees are due as agreed upon at the time of enrollment. All payments are processed securely. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, responding to communications in a timely manner, granting necessary access to Google Business Profile and other platforms, and complying with Google's terms of service and guidelines.

5. Service Guarantees

While we employ proven strategies and best practices, Vantrex cannot guarantee specific ranking positions on Google Maps. Search engine algorithms change frequently, and rankings are influenced by many factors outside our control. We guarantee professional, diligent effort toward improving your visibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, reports, and materials created by Vantrex remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified. Clients retain ownership of their business information and data.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the service relationship. This includes business strategies, client lists, login credentials, and performance data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vantrex's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Early termination by the client may be subject to fees as outlined in the service agreement.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Vantrex operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
